1K Etch Primer Silco. 1K aërosol etch primer zorgt voor een gelijkmatige applicatie, goede vulling, uitstekende corrosiebescherming. Deze heeft tevens een snelle droogtijd. Perfecte hechting op staal, zink en aluminium oppervlakken. Ook is deze primer bijvoorbeeld is te gebruiken als lasprimer, roestbeschermingsprimer voor door geschuurde gebieden. Maar ook spotreparaties en het overspuiten van onderdelen.

Description
1K aerosol self etch primer delivers even application, good fill, excellent corrosion protection and fastdrying time.
Features & Benefits
– perfect adhesion to steel, zinc and aluminium surfaces

– temperature resistant up to 130 °C/266 °F (up to 200 °C/392 °F for short period)

Clean, dry, and degrease the surface

The product is ready to use!
Application
Shake can thoroughly until the mixing balls move freely (3 min).
Number of coats 2 – 3 coats
Spraying distance 25 – 30 cm
Flash–off 3 – 5 min
Dry film thickness 20 – 30 micron
After spraying turn the can upside down and spray until the valve is clean. It is
strongly recommended that ready to use product is applied at a temperature
higher than 15 °C/59 °F.
